1. How We Get Ready
We capture specific information about your business and provide your team with a detailed questionnaire. Then, we develop a customized workbook and a series of activities that are designed specifically for your business.
2. The Workshop
During the Workshop, we work with your team through a series of activities and break-out sessions to understand your business goals, identify key customer behaviors, and assess your current technology and marketing efforts. Then, we collaboratively identify and prioritize projects and action items. This is the start of your business’ roadmap.
3. Findings Report
Following your Discovery Workshop, our team will put together a comprehensive report that accounts for all your requirements, including features, functionality, and user experience. The Findings Report also includes formalized recommendations for technology and marketing strategies, budget, and execution.
