Senior Paid Marketing & eCommerce analyst

At Tuna Traffic, we’re looking for a Senior Paid Marketing and eCommerce Analyst with a strong foundation in B2B marketing. You understand the logic-driven B2B marketing process, can expertly manage eCommerce platforms, and critically analyze campaigns that focus on the unique demands of B2B sales. Additionally, you are experienced with B2C campaigns and user behavior and can adapt strategies to these buyer personas.

You enjoy getting your hands dirty, digging into data, optimizing processes and performance. You have a mind for systems thinking, a curiosity for learning, and a capacity to spin multiple plates at one time. You relish collaborating with cross-functional, high-performing teams who love doing good work and making clients happy. And, while our HQ is in the Milwaukee area, you don’t have to be. Job Responsibilities:

  • Launch and manage paid advertising campaigns using Google Ads, Adroll, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other platforms with paid search, remarketing and display ads
  • Manage and optimize campaigns based on audience (B2B v B2C), campaign goals, and essential KPIs
  • Identify and take corrective action to address low-performing campaigns and improve outcomes
  • Compile and analyze data from various sources (Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEMRush, CallRail, etc.) to summarize findings and recommends next steps
  • Configure, test, deploy, and troubleshoot ecommerce systems (BigCommerce/WooCommerce)
  • Conduct market research and analyze customer behavior to recommend eCommerce improvements
  • Review web page design, content, and functionality for clarity, consistency and ease of use
  • Optimize content and products based on SEO best practices for B2B and B2C
  • Maintain awareness of paid advertising trends and tools
  • Support client needs on an ongoing basis via email, phone, or in person
  • Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned

Education Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field

Experience Requirements:

5+ years paid marketing management, with a minimum 2 years in B2B marketing
2+ years ecommerce systems (BigCommerce/WooCommerce)

Qualifications:

  • Required background in Digital Marketing, SEO and PPC
  • Proficient at configuring and testing ecommerce systems
  • Skilled at data importing, exporting, and manipulation
  • Adept at shipping and payment gateways
  • Well-versed in backend WordPress and ecommerce infrastructure
  • Experience with HTML5 and CSS3
  • Experience in using Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and other performance management tools
  • Certified in Google Ads
  • Competency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop preferredStrong analytic and systems thinking
  • Strong professional writing and presentation skills
  • Proven track record in remote working environments
  • Able to multitask and be productive in an agile, creative environment
  • Minimal travel to local client sites, if applicable
  • May lift up to 10 pounds (Laptop)
